sorry for the quick post yesterday, i just didn’t want to miss another happy monday which was becoming pattern lately. so today, i’ll actually write something about the weekend! i feel like an elementary student writing about this! so, in the happy spirit of a child, here we go.
this past weekend it was a unseasonably warm kick off to spring. perfect weather for a nice bike ride. we headed up to kingston and ate at mariners, which was just so lovely in the spring sun. good seafood, yummy drinks. yes – i took a picture of my drink and its pretty, simplistic design. it had very cool type running vertical on the back. and the best part of this is, it was a mason jar! also the website is really fun. all in all it was a great first day of spring. hope everyone enjoyed theirs!
i have more client work coming up this week so keep posted!

happy monday – catskill bike trip
happy monday kids. what did you do this weekend?

this is a picture from frost valley road in the beautiful catskill park. it was an amazing trip up on the bikes…for those local, as you know, it was very overcast yesterday, but as we went up through the park we reached beyond the cloud base and it was sunny and quite warm…like a different world up there. so pretty. there are more pictures i will share, but will save them for a rainy or inspired day. as for now, have a great week.
random post – lundy road
for those of you that are local to the shawangunk region, you may be familiar (or not) with a road named lundy. we try and make a trip down it once and a while, snow or no snow. there are many stories around the road itself and potterville (a ghost town it passes through -true locals say its haunted, there definitely is an eerie vibe). its a really beautiful drive, 4 wheel drive is best of course as this road is only maintained to a certain point. the photo below is of an abandoned house on lundy…actually one of the only remaining houses (other than the lundy estate itself) on the far side going towards the catskill park.
just thought to share this beauty with you. kind of spooky, but stunning none the less.
